Pricing & Refund Policy

Bookmyrasoyia operates as a two-sided marketplace connecting Cooks and Householders across India. We charge a one-time signup fee at the time of registration. There are no subscription charges, no commission on bookings, no hidden fees, and no recurring payments of any kind. Once you are registered, you can use the platform freely — browse, chat, hire, or get hired — without paying anything more.

Bookmyrasoyia पूरे भारत में रसोइयों और गृहस्वामियों को जोड़ने वाला एक दो-तरफ़ा मार्केटप्लेस है। पंजीकरण के समय हम एक एकमुश्त साइनअप शुल्क लेते हैं। इसके अलावा कोई सब्सक्रिप्शन शुल्क, बुकिंग पर कोई कमीशन, कोई छिपे हुए शुल्क या किसी भी प्रकार का आवर्ती भुगतान नहीं है। एक बार पंजीकरण के बाद आप प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का स्वतंत्र रूप से उपयोग कर सकते हैं।

Bookmyrasoyia is a connection platform only. We do not process, mediate, or take any commission on the wages or fees agreed between a Cook and a Householder. All financial arrangements for cooking services are made directly between the two parties. Cooks set their own rates, householders and cooks agree on the final amount through in-app chat, and payment is made directly — via cash, UPI, or any mutually agreed method. Bookmyrasoyia does not deduct any platform commission, service charge, or brokerage from Cook earnings.

Bookmyrasoyia केवल एक कनेक्शन प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है। हम रसोइयों और गृहस्वामियों के बीच तय किए गए वेतन या शुल्क का न तो प्रोसेस करते हैं, न ही उसमें मध्यस्थता करते हैं, और न ही कोई कमीशन लेते हैं। खाना बनाने की सेवाओं से संबंधित सभी वित्तीय व्यवस्थाएँ सीधे दोनों पक्षों के बीच तय की जाती हैं। Bookmyrasoyia रसोइयों की कमाई से कोई प्लेटफ़ॉर्म कमीशन, सर्विस चार्ज या ब्रोकरेज नहीं काटता।

Bookmyrasoyia's signup fee is generally non-refundable, as it covers the cost of profile creation, KYC verification, and platform access. However, refunds or credits may be granted in specific scenarios as outlined below.

Bookmyrasoyia का साइनअप शुल्क सामान्यतः नॉन-रिफंडेबल होता है, क्योंकि इसमें प्रोफ़ाइल निर्माण, KYC सत्यापन और प्लेटफ़ॉर्म एक्सेस की लागत शामिल होती है। हालांकि, नीचे दी गई विशेष परिस्थितियों में रिफंड या क्रेडिट प्रदान किया जा सकता है।

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, email us at support@bookmyrasoyia.com with subject: "Refund Request - [Your Registered Mobile Number]". Include your registered mobile number, date of payment, payment transaction ID, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

Your request will be reviewed by our team within 5-7 business days. If all eligibility criteria for a refund are met, the amount will be processed and refunded within the same timeframe. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or transferred to the user’s bank account as applicable based on the user’s preference. Please note that refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant event.

आपका अनुरोध हमारी टीम द्वारा 5–7 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर समीक्षा किया जाएगा। यदि आप सभी रिफंड पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करते हैं, तो राशि उसी समयावधि के भीतर प्रोसेस करके रिफंड कर दी जाएगी। स्वीकृत रिफंड 5–7 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर मूल भुगतान माध्यम (Original Payment Method) में क्रेडिट कर दिए जाएंगे, या उपयोगकर्ता की पसंद के अनुसार उनके बैंक खाते में ट्रांसफर किए जाएंगे। कृपया ध्यान दें कि रिफंड अनुरोध संबंधित घटना के 7 दिनों के भीतर ही प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।

Since Bookmyrasoyia charges only a one-time signup fee (and not a subscription), there is no recurring payment to cancel. You may request temporary deactivation (profile hidden, reactivatable at any time) or permanent deletion (account and all data removed within 30 days, no refund) at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@bookmyrasoyia.com. Accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for a refund. Users may appeal a suspension by emailing support@bookmyrasoyia.com within 15 days of notification.

चूंकि Bookmyrasoyia केवल एकमुश्त साइनअप शुल्क लेता है (कोई सब्सक्रिप्शन नहीं), इसलिए किसी आवर्ती भुगतान को रद्द करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती। आप किसी भी समय अस्थायी निष्क्रियता (प्रोफ़ाइल छिपाई जाती है, कभी भी पुनः सक्रिय की जा सकती है) या स्थायी हटाना (अकाउंट और सभी डेटा 30 दिनों के भीतर स्थायी रूप से हटाया जाता है, कोई रिफंड नहीं) का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।

Bookmyrasoyia reserves the right to revise its signup fee structure at any time. Existing registered users will not be charged any additional fees — the one-time signup fee is a lifetime charge. New users signing up after the revision date will pay the revised fee. We will provide at least 30 days' prior notice of any fee changes via email and a prominent notice on the platform. Promotional fees offered during special campaigns are valid only for the period specified.

Bookmyrasoyia को अपने साइनअप शुल्क संरचना में किसी भी समय संशोधन करने का अधिकार है। पहले से पंजीकृत उपयोगकर्ताओं से कोई अतिरिक्त शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा — एकमुश्त साइनअप शुल्क आजीवन मान्य रहेगा। किसी भी शुल्क परिवर्तन की सूचना कम से कम 30 दिन पहले ईमेल और प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर स्पष्ट नोटिस के द्वारा दी जाएगी।
