Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years of age to register on BookMyRasoyia, whether as a Cook or a Cook Seeker. Cooks must register with accurate personal information, including their real name, mobile number, city, and Aadhaar for KYC verification. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice. The platform is currently available in India only.

BookMyRasoyia पर पंजीकरण के लिए आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए, चाहे आप रसोइया हों या रसोइया खोजने वाले। रसोइयों को सटीक व्यक्तिगत जानकारी के साथ पंजीकरण करना होगा — असली नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, शहर और KYC सत्यापन के लिए आधार। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के लिए केवल एक अकाउंट की अनुमति है। डुप्लिकेट अकाउंट बिना सूचना के निलंबित किए जा सकते हैं। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म वर्तमान में केवल भारत में उपलब्ध है।

Cooks pay a one-time registration fee of ₹79 (including GST) to create a verified cook profile. Cook Seekers pay a one-time registration fee of ₹79 (including GST) to browse and connect with cooks. All platform fees are non-refundable except in the specific scenarios defined in our Pricing & Refund Policy. Cooking service payments are agreed directly between cooks and householders — BookMyRasoyia does not hold, process, or take any commission on service payments.

रसोइये अपनी सत्यापित कुक प्रोफ़ाइल बनाने के लिए ₹79 (GST सहित) का एकमुश्त रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क भुगतान करते हैं। रसोइया खोजने वाले रसोइयों से जुड़ने के लिए ₹79 (GST सहित) का एकमुश्त रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क भुगतान करते हैं। सभी प्लेटफ़ॉर्म शुल्क हमारी मूल्य और रिफंड नीति में परिभाषित विशेष परिस्थितियों को छोड़कर नॉन-रिफंडेबल हैं।

BookMyRasoyia facilitates connections between Cooks and Cook Seekers but is not a party to any arrangement made between them. All agreements regarding salary, working hours, meal type, duties, and duration are private contracts between the Cook and the Householder. BookMyRasoyia accepts no liability for any dispute, breach, or harm arising from such arrangements.

BookMyRasoyia रसोइयों और रसोइया खोजने वालों के बीच कनेक्शन सुविधाजनक बनाता है, लेकिन उनके बीच किसी भी व्यवस्था का पक्षकार नहीं है। वेतन, कार्य समय, भोजन के प्रकार, कर्तव्यों और अवधि से संबंधित सभी समझौते रसोइये और गृहस्वामी के बीच निजी अनुबंध हैं। BookMyRasoyia ऐसी व्यवस्थाओं से उत्पन्न किसी भी विवाद, उल्लंघन या नुकसान के लिए कोई दायित्व स्वीकार नहीं करता।

Users must not harass, abuse, threaten, or misrepresent themselves to other users. Sharing false information, fake identity documents, or misleading profile content is strictly prohibited. Soliciting contact information outside the platform before a connection is confirmed is not permitted. Misuse of the chat feature, posting offensive content, or engaging in any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension.

उपयोगकर्ताओं को अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं के साथ उत्पीड़न, दुर्व्यवहार, धमकी या गलत जानकारी देना नहीं चाहिए। गलत जानकारी, नकली पहचान दस्तावेज़ या भ्रामक प्रोफ़ाइल सामग्री साझा करना सख्त वर्जित है। कनेक्शन की पुष्टि से पहले प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के बाहर संपर्क जानकारी माँगना अनुमत नहीं है। चैट फीचर का दुरुपयोग, आपत्तिजनक सामग्री पोस्ट करना या किसी भी धोखाधड़ी गतिविधि में शामिल होने पर तुरंत अकाउंट निलंबित हो जाएगा।

We collect only information necessary to operate the platform. Your phone number is never shown publicly and is shared only after a mutual connection is confirmed. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023. You can request account deletion and data removal at any time. We never sell your data to third parties. हम केवल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म संचालन के लिए आवश्यक जानकारी एकत्र करते हैं। आपका फोन नंबर कभी भी सार्वजनिक रूप से नहीं दिखाया जाता और केवल आपसी कनेक्शन की पुष्टि के बाद साझा किया जाता है। हम डिजिटल व्यक्तिगत डेटा संरक्षण अधिनियम (DPDPA) 2023 का पालन करते हैं। आप किसी भी समय अकाउंट हटाने और डेटा हटाने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। हम कभी भी आपका डेटा तृतीय पक्षों को नहीं बेचते।

BookMyRasoyia reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms. Reasons include: providing false information, harassment of users, fraudulent activity, misuse of platform features, or any illegal conduct. Suspended accounts are not eligible for a refund of the signup fee. Users may appeal a suspension by emailing support@bookmyrasoyia.com within 15 days of notification.

BookMyRasoyia को किसी भी ऐसे अकाउंट को निलंबित करने या स्थायी रूप से प्रतिबंधित करने का अधिकार है जो इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन करता है। कारणों में शामिल हैं: गलत जानकारी देना, उपयोगकर्ताओं को परेशान करना, धोखाधड़ी गतिविधियाँ, प्लेटफ़ॉर्म सुविधाओं का दुरुपयोग, या कोई भी अवैध कार्य। निलंबित अकाउंट साइनअप शुल्क के रिफंड के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे।

BookMyRasoyia may update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

BookMyRasoyia किसी भी समय इन सेवा शर्तों को अपडेट कर सकता है। उपयोगकर्ताओं को महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तनों के बारे में कम से कम 15 दिन पहले ईमेल के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाएगा। परिवर्तनों के बाद प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग जारी रखना अपडेट की गई शर्तों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा। ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं।
